What i think he meant is that in order to be successful in life you have to work hard for what you want, because their no easy way to achieve your goals without hard work.For example, if you come to school everyday, do all you homework , get good grades , you can be sure that a great future will be awaiting for you. I also think this quote can mean that education can open doors to you future. What i mean by, '' education can open doors to your future'' is that if your  well educated you can be someone successful in life. Education might not seem like a big deal right now but later on it can determine what life you will have. If you will educated you will have a great future.

 DECISIONS                                                                                                  Thomas S.Monson once said, '' Decisions Determine Destiny'', in my opinion I think this quote means that if you decide to make good decisions in life you will have a great future awaiting,but if you decide to make a bad decision then  that can effect your whole future, because believe it or not all it takes is one bad decision.
