Faust meant by this quote is that when we learn to expect more success than failure in life, we soon will develop an attitude of success.Meaning that when we decide to make our goal obedience it can help us in  life by choosing the right... knowing what's wrong and what's bad. In the same way i think this quote means that if we pay attention, follow all the rules we can be assure that we will have a great future awaiting, because the more you do the faster you will reach the top.                                  

              OBEDIENCE : Boyd K. Packer once said, '' The key to freedom is obedience. The more obedient we are, the more freedom we have.'' What i think this quote means is that if you chose the right all the time you won't have have no problems in life. For example, lets say your friend robs a bank and you were their and you didn't say anything, you would go to jail, and for that little mistake you would lose your freedom.
