Student Success Statement: “ Right is Right only when entire.”

Reflection: What I think this quote means that saying a lie is the same thing as saying the truth but leaving some details out .What  I also think the quote means is that lying is wrong and not right.  For example, let’s say you tell your mom that you are going to your friend house to study for an exam, and she says okay. Part of it is true you are going to your friend house but not to study. Instead you are going to a party. You see that would be considered wrong because you are lying. Even though you did tell the truth about going to your friend house. You are still lying for leaving the party out. Like the quote says, “ right is right only when entire.” Meaning right is right only when you say everything , and you don’t keeps details out.
